Warranty:
We provide 2-year warranty for our products and here are the details:
1. Conditions for granting of a guarantee by the company Crosso apply to the Polish and overseas markets.
2. The guarantee period starts from the date shown on the sales invoice documenting the purchase of good’s "sell-by date".
3. The document enabling the right to seek reparation via the guarantee is an invoice/receipt confirming the purchase.
4. The warranty covers all defects that occur when using the product in a way that it was intended for and is generally accepted as normal use.
5. All defects will be repaired and the product returned free of charge within 30 days from the date of complaint and the product’s delivery to Crosso.
6. The concept of defect does not cover mechanical and chemical damage, natural aging and use of the product and the damage which occurs as a result of non-compliance with the instructions accompanying the purchased goods or misuse of the product.
7. The repair is considered to be a repair of defect connected with manufacturing error or materials defects or the replacement with a new product.
“Removing defects” mean treatments which restore the possibility of further use of the product in accordance with its intended purpose and general state of consumption. The choice of how to remedy a defect is made at the discretion of Crosso.
8. After noticing a defect, a customer is required to stop using the product and within 60 days contact with Crosso needs to be made.
9. Crosso reserves the right to reject the complaint and dispatch the product at the customer’s cost if the delivered product is not clean or the customer does not meet the conditions under which a warranty was given.
AFTER WARRANTY REPAIRS:
If the warranty has expired and the goods purchased from Crosso have been damaged, we offer you the opportunity to benefit from an after-warranty repair.
Although you need to pay extra for this, it guarantees service of the high quality and the use of original materials.
